My only mistake was to trust people because many people don't deserve my respect after all they have done...

Unfortunately, the new BoD members do not seem to care about justice. Quite natural, if someone thinks of the way they were elected. The greek association will go on with new elections in April and after a new legal BoD is elected, we will think of our position towards FISTF.

I've understood from an email by Piero Capponi, that Giulio Fazio is acting as a legal advisor for the current President of FISTF. "Giulio Fazio has been officially appointed legal adviser of the President of the FISTF. "

Soon after Madrid Janus Gersie made open questions about the minutes, and Piero replied asking for mr. Fazio's official opinion. I then asked why is the view of a Malta delegate "official". This above was the answer.

So I'd read cum grano salis the comments of the Malta delegate/advisor of mr. Capponi about the EGM.

My feeling says he's dangerous. I can't resist the feeling of falseness and nepotism.

Giufaz likes to talk about the statutes not allowing phone votes. But statutes also don't allow 2 delegates per country.

And I can't find any information that Congress is allowed to change the voting procedure on location, especially without letting members know about it. Clear violation of law, I would assume.

And I don't find anywhere information that a members voting rights can be taken away at the Congress, especially without hearing the member being heard.

I'm also interested to know if a candidate can act as a private postal courier, while not crriying an envelope, but talking on the phone and then writing the vote on a paper. it doesn't seem a secret vote to me, and I'll be curious to hear an expert view from france about the difference to a telephone vote.

And I'd like to read from the minutes how 10% of votes for the second round of presidential election were lost.

All the questions remain unanswered, but the information received from a finnish election law specialist, gives the indication that all these things can't possibly be allowed in the french law either. So I'll have to contact the french authorities after compiling the information.

Just to get to know if french association law really is worth the paper it is written on. If everything was ok by the law, it seems more useful as toilet paper. Sorry, all french association law fans out there. In comparison I found 4 section in the finnish association law where there would have been a violation, if I interpret correctly. And of course there could not have been anything mentioned about some quite absurd (my opinion) happenings around the weekend in Madrid.
